Refund policy

At VELLARD, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer the following Return & Refund Policy:

Returns

We accept returns within 7 calendar days after your order is delivered, provided that the item meets the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.

  • All original tags must be attached and intact.

  • We do not accept returns for items marked as sale, discount, clearance, or final sale, or for accessories, swimwear, underwear, or other personal-use items, for hygiene reasons.

To start a return, the customer must contact us in advance via our customer support email, including the order number and the reason for the return. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If you receive an incorrect or defective item, VELLARD will review the case and cover the applicable costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Refunds are issued only for the product value, excluding shipping fees, taxes, or additional charges.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, size, or color, you must request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the item and the original packaging so we can evaluate the issue.

International Orders

Please note that international orders may be subject to taxes, duties, or customs fees, which are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
